The high-tech mill is provided with cleaning, classifying, conditioning, de-germination and milling sections. The efficient cleaning and classifying equipment ensure removal of coarse and fine impurities from the raw material. The maize de-germinator achieves intensive decortications and de-germination of the maize with the purpose of achieving maximum yield of top-class finished products.

Our highly skilled in-house dedicated team purchases raw materials from farmers & markets with focus on quality parameters. |

| On arrival of purchased Corn for processing at our plant, Samples from each bag are drawn for quality analysis to ensure best quality before unloading at the warehouse. Each procured lot is batched for unique traceability system at our warehouse followed by fumigation as per industrial warehouse norms. |

| The Corn kernels stored into the silos are induced into the fully automatic milling plant using the latest state of the art technology in a very hygienic environment with no human touch involved to produce Broken Maize, Corn Grits, Corn Flour and Corn Flakes. Powerful magnets are equipped through the milling process and packaging process to ensure no metal object contaminates the product. Our quality professionals inspect the entire milling process frequently. In-process quality inspection is done and recorded at time frequency set to ensure précised granulation of corn during milling as per buyer’s specification requirement. |
| Packaging and Storage: |
| Our plant is equipped with an automatic packaging system. The finished products are packed as per buyer’s requirement and packaging sized varies from 25 Kgs, 30Kgs & 50 Kgs bags. The finished products are stored in our finished goods godown on pallets & tarpaulins to with proper pest controlling system which prohibits any kind of contamination or infestations. Each finished goods lots are batched as per our unique traceability system and recorded. |
